EATS
- Start the day off with a grapefruit and cup of green tea. This will help eliminate coffee dependancy (uhhhhhh, I don't know anybody addicted to coffee...)
- Try to eat five different fruits a day and make sure it includes grapefruit and apples.
- Salmon and halibut make good entrees and brown rice as a side.
- Buy a juicer (or ask for one for Christmas). You can make all kinds of different combinations of healthy stuff with it!
- Spinach - Although I'm not a fan it's allegedly good for you, just not creamed!
- Oatmeal! Suggestion of stirring in Parmesan cheese has been made. Interesting....
- NO white flour, sugar, or junk food.

ACTION
- Incorporate working out through the day within your daily routine.
- Do crunches while sitting on the couch and watching TV.
- Park further away when going to shop so you have to walk a little more.
- Do a few pushups before getting in the shower in the morning.
PARTY FOOD (Eat something BEFORE going to a party)
- A salad with some chicken in it is fast and easy.
- Eat some yogurt before you go.
- Bring some protein bars with you while you're out. This way if you're at a party or shopping you can eat that instead of the "junk" options.
