In April of 2009 I attended the Pastor's Conference for the family of churches that my church is a part of. When we first arrived to the church building that this conference was being held, I heard this group rehearsing this song. I remember getting goose bumps as I heard the music but then an overwhelming feeling came over me as I listened to the words. I remember thinking "this music is stirring my emotions but these words stirring my soul." (Don't tell anybody, but the "worship service" for me began at that moment :)
I have been a part of many moments where God has made His presence very evident, but there was something about this song (music and words) at the moment we sang it corporately that has stuck with me. I remember God's presence being so overwhelming that as much as I wanted to sing nothing would come out. Instead I sat back and just enjoyed the overwhelming presence of God. Words can't describe it.
I'm thankful that this video exists so in those "valley" times that we go through from time to time, I can think back to this moment and be reminded that yes, not only is God real but He's very real in my life!

All religions are nothing more than archaic old myths. All primitive cultures have had their "creation myths" wich over the centuries, have evolved into the world's current religions. All are just old myths and made up stories.
If there IS a supreme, ultimate being/creator, god etc. It is unknowable. Anyone who pretends to know what such a being wants or claims to know the nature of such a being is living in a fantasy world.
You cannot rely on millenia-old myths, written by primitive, superstitious cultures to tell you anything real about anything. To do so is ludicrous
I really enjoyed your blog. After reading Talon5's comment, I am reminded of what God's Word says in Psalm 14:1 -- The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt,They have done abominable works,There is none who does good.
God bless, Lloyd
